Everything They Never Said

The colours of a film found in a camera at a second hand market. A pattern on a chair, haircuts and the film format date the images at least 20 years back in time.  Unknown persons, unknown places. A reflection over their choices (why did they photograph this?) and in what way the chemistry changes what is shown. Like a nostalgic filter the faded colours somewhat hide the time that has passed. The film, like a capsule, holds the spaces in-between, the unseen, the unheard – the things that never were said..
